Introduction to Challenges
Our 400 unique challenges each fall into one of seven buckets, or themes. We call them the “Seven Principles”: Adventure, Awe, Curiosity, Energy, Forgiveness, Gratitude, and Work.
Each challenge is:
- Actionable – it is do-able, no-or-low-cost, and safe for us and others
- Boundary-Pushing – it pushes a comfort zone, creating a sense of healthy anxiety (butterflies in our stomachs … you get the idea)
- Impactful – the action has the potential to unlock a positive result when accomplished
- Exciting – it generates a palpable feeling of wonder or anticipation
