Hello there! Writing a bio is always difficult for me because life is constantly changing! I like to be on the move; I also like to be still; I like to explore; I like to learn; I like to create; I like to just be.

I am a civil engineer-yoga teacher-reiki master-creator-urbanist-and life student. I originate from Cleveland and have spent time in NYC and Philly, where I’ve worked, gone to grad school, and found like minded communities.

I am a tree hugger, earth loving woman, sister, daughter, and friend. My favorite things are making my morning cup of something hot, being in the garden and the forest, listening to the insects buzzing at night out my window, and stepping outside in the summer evening to the warm air on my face.

Being a part of the SYS community has been a joy. It’s reminded me to embrace life’s uncertainties with grace, ease, and excitement.
